Delivery and Transport
Items are dispatched via Swiss Post within 5 to 8 days following purchase confirmation. Shipping cost contribution is required based on the order value, as detailed below:

• Orders over CHF 50.- qualify for free delivery.
• Orders up to CHF 49.99 incur a minimum delivery charge of CHF 5.00.
• Orders of CHF 50.- or more will include a tracking number provided to the customer.

For orders below CHF 50.-, customers desiring a tracking number from Swiss Post will incur an additional charge of CHF 4.-.

Orders shipped without a tracking number are deemed received by the customer within 5-8 working days post confirmation email. For undelivered orders or those not forwarded by the Swiss Post, the general terms of Poste CH Réseau SA prevail. Loss inquiries or claims for undelivered shipments must be submitted in writing to info@kosna.ch no sooner than 10 days following order confirmation. Lost item searches are viable for up to 3 months from the order confirmation date.

NOTE: "Kosna.ch," under Galati Group, does not deliver to individuals under guardianship without written consent from the guardian.

Return or Exchange of Goods
Products must be returned unused, at the customer's expense. Items should be intact, complete, and in their original packaging (with reference labels), along with the delivery slip, within 14 days of package receipt. Customers bear the shipping costs for returns.

Due to hygiene concerns, products with opened, damaged, or used packaging will not be accepted for return or refund.
